Got something to tell the DongBiBa editors? Whether an article got something wrong, there's a concept you'd like us to explain, or you just want to say something nice — we want to hear it.

How to reach us

Just send us an email:

Email

privacy@dongbiba.com

To help us reply faster and to the point, when it's convenient, include: which article you mean, which exact paragraph, and what you think is off or worth adding. The more specific you are, the easier it is for us to verify and act on.

What we welcome

  • Corrections. Spotted something wrong, outdated or misleading? Tell us. If it checks out, we'll fix it and log it on the corrections page.
  • Topic suggestions. Is there a crypto concept you've never quite grasped and wish we'd explain in plain English? Send it our way.
  • Reading experience. Anywhere that reads awkwardly or doesn't make sense — that kind of feedback is genuinely useful to us.

What we can't help with

Some requests we will always turn down, out of honesty and for your safety. Let's say it up front:

  • No managing your money. We don't trade for anyone, don't run "inner-circle groups," and don't offer "signal" services.
  • No calls, no coin picks. We won't tell you "buy this now" or "this is going to pump."
  • No asset recovery. If you were scammed, sent funds to the wrong place, or a platform failed, we have neither the ability nor the authority to get it back. Contact the platform's official support first, and report it to the police where appropriate.
Important: beware of impersonators

DongBiBa has no support agents, no official group chats, and never messages you first. Anyone calling themselves "DongBiBa support" or a "DongBiBa coach," asking you to transfer money or pay a fee to "unfreeze," "get a refund," "recover losses" or "check your assets" — or asking for your password, verification code or seed phrase — is one hundred percent a scammer. Block them. We will never ask you for any of that.
